Hyacinth

In the mid 1700s, Madame de Pompadour, the mistress of King Louis XV, ordered the gardens of Versailles filled with Dutch hyacinths sparking a national rage among the French elite. Their fervor was understandable—with their exceptional beauty and heavenly fragrance, hyacinths are a treat for the senses. We planted 3-4 purple bulbs in a round orange ceramic container for a sophisticated and colorful presentation.
