Soleyon Olio di Oliva Campania
This olive oil has the highest rating permissible under Italian regulations, namely "Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva", which denotes that the acidity is under 1% and the oil is extracted solely by use of a press. Its totally natural flavour makes it ideal for the preparation of gourmet foods and salads. The olives are all produced by the olive groves of the Pasolini dall'Onda estate at Barberino Val d'Elsa (Tuscany) and the processing phases takes place at the oil-mill of the estate.
